twenty7 Connect – Professional Installation Terms

We want your installation to go smoothly, so here are a few important details about how our installation services work:

1. What’s Included

Your Professional Installation fee includes up to 2 hours of labor.

If the installation takes longer than 2 hours, extra time will be billed at $160 per hour.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Need to change your appointment? Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

If notice isn’t given, you’ll need to pay for an additional 2-hour installation to reschedule.  

3. Materials & Equipment

Installation includes setup of twenty7 Connect hardware only.

If your project requires extra materials or third-party equipment, we’ll confirm with you first. These items will be approved and paid for by the customer.

4. Preparing for Installation

Please make sure the installation site is ready and accessible at the scheduled time.

Delays caused by site access issues or missing equipment may result in additional charges.

5. Payment

All installation and any additional fees will be invoiced by twenty7 Connect and must be paid according to the invoice terms.
